On Wednesday March 7th Bill Burns, a Transition Year student, received an award from the Kemmy School of Business in the University of Limerick. This ceremony was held in the University’s concert hall and the awards are presented to students in recognition of receiving an A grade in Junior Cert Business Studies. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Fitzgerald, Bill’s Business Studies teacher, Mrs. Smyth, Deputy Principal and Bill’s parents.
