Christmas carol service funds raised for St. Vincent De Paul Roscrea

Each year, the community of Cistercian College and the Monastic Community of Mount St Joseph Abbey, Roscrea join together for the annual Christmas Carol Service and in doing so raise funds funds for a chosen charity of choice. 

This year’s chosen charity is the local charity of St.Vincent de Paul Roscrea who work with local families and people in need especially during Christmas time. 

A grand total of €1990 was raised at this year’s Carol Service and a further donation from the Monastic Community and Cistercian College brings the total raised to €7000.

In December, members of Cistercian College and the Monastic Community presented the cheque to St. Vincent de Paul.
