On Wednesday the Archbishop of Dublin Diarmuid Martin delivered the Dom. Peter Garvey memorial lecture in the Recreation Hall. The late Dom Pater was a member of our monastic community and he served two terms as College President. He was also a past pupil of the College as were 17 other members of his family. He had a great capacity to connect and engage with everybody that he met. He was much loved by all of the past pupil community. He had a great sense of humour and he always showed great empathy, care and respect to his students. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
