International Christmas Celebrations

We had our annual Christmas celebration for international students on Thursday evening. The first of our international students will leave for Christmas at the end of this week.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our international students on a great couple of months, the boys have been fantastic, have really settled and have completely embraced college life here in CCR.

There is great energy among this group and during these challenging times they have proved to be extremely resilient and are a pleasure to work with.

We organised our Secret Santa draw about two weeks ago and ever since then the boys have been bringing in their gifts and each student wrote a card for the person they picked. We started off our celebration on Thursday evening with our Secret Santa exchange of gifts and we followed this with a Christmas movie. The boys were very relaxed and there was a lovely festive atmosphere.

A massive thank you to Mr. Hennessy for all the gifts he brought for the boys. His generosity is greatly appreciated and the boys have lots of Irish treats for the festive season now.

On behalf of all of us here at CCR we would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas, safe travelling home and we look forward to welcoming you back in the new year.
