The curtains close on a spectacular week long production

As the curtains close on this year’s Musical “All aboard the Titanic” we would like to congratulate all of the cast and crew for what was an unbelievable production throughout the week and it was thoroughly enjoyed by each person who came through the doors of the College and supported it.

A production like this would not be possible without the students and staff who get involved to make it what it is. Well done to our  Director of Music Mr William Cullagh along with Director/Choreographer Kirsty Ryan, Producer Mags McGee, Music Teacher Ms Olivia Lynch for bringing this show to life.

The cast is made up of students throughout the school and the talent that each of them brought to the stage was admirable. Well done to each of the cast members for an amazing performance. A special well done to our 6th year students involved in the show, this will be their last show with CCR and they have left a legacy behind for other students to follow for time to come.

Thank you to everyone involved and for helping with the show: students, staff, the Orchestra, parents, set design, costumes, lighting and sound and a special word of thanks to the Music Support Group for organising the Raffle and prizes each night throughout the week. Thank you to the sponsors of the prizes for the raffles that were held on each night of the performance.

We look forward in anticipation to other musical events to come over the coming months at Cistercian College.

Our next main event will be our Christmas Carol Service which will take place in Mount St Joseph Abbey Church on Sunday December 17th.
