Our Senior Hurlers continued their fine season with a win in the Leinster hurling Semi-final over Creagh College from Wexford. CCR started brightly and looked confident when the first CCR goal opened up a 7 point lead. However Creagh soon showed their attacking quality and had the score down to 3 points. A second CCR goal put us back in a commanding position and leading 2-8 to 0-7 at half time. Creagh College had an excellent opening 10 minutes scoring 1-3. From there to the end of the game, CCR had to battle extremely hard to hold onto the slender lead. A late CCR goal finally put the game to rest on a score line of 3-15 to 1-18. 

The team now head to the Leinster hurling final. A super achievement for the team and their coaches Tommy Dunne and Donie Franks.
